Definition 
Questionnaire is a sentence used to ask about an information that is set forth in a question sentence.
The question contains 5 point,namely : what, who, where, when, where.



Function 
the function of the questions is for factual elicitation, checking understanding, constructing thoughts, confirming, checking knowledge, ordering/forbidding, building content, signaling elicitation, clarifying, summarizing, expanding vocabulary, flattery satire, reflection and practicing skills. The question function can differ depending on the context of the interaction, regardless of the type of question. A good question is one that fits the context of the interaction.



Type 
there are several types of specific questions into four types of questions, namely: 1. Inferential Questions, 2. Interpretation Questions, 3. Transfer Questions, 4. Hypothetical Questions
1. Inferential Questionnaire
Questions that are immediately answered after students make observations or studies of the material provided by the teacher. This information material can be in the form of portraits, pictures, short writings, poems, news, and so on.

2. Interpretation Questionnaire
Interpretation questions are asked of students regarding incomplete or missing information in the material presented by the teacher, and students must be able to provide meaning.

3. Transfer Inquiry
Transfer questionnaire are attempts to broaden horizons or are horizontal in nature. Transfer questionnair also cover the application of knowledge to other cases

4. Hypothetical Questionnaire
Hypothetical questionnaire have a direction to encourage students to make predictions or forecasts from a problem faced and/or draw conclusions for generalizations.





Expression to writing
Expression of Ideas questionnaire ask you to improve the effectiveness of a text by revising with an eye to topic development, accuracy, logic, cohesion, and rhetorically effective language use.

Writing 
A questionnaire, like a conversation, should be grouped by topic and unfold in a logical order. It is often helpful to begin the survey with simple questions that respondents will find interesting and engaging. Throughout the survey, an effort should be made to keep the survey interesting and not overburden respondents with several difficult questions right after one another.
